Immutable archiving

Many companies already archive their documents and records electronically.

However, according to the Principles of Proper Accounting (GoBD), data and documents that are to be recognized by the tax authorities for tax purposes must be handled in a special way.

One requirement of the GoBD is the traceable and unchangeable archiving of the data available in electronic form.

Whenever there is a change to an existing file, TeamDrive creates a new version of that file. These file versions are indelible, the content cannot be changed and can easily be retroactively checked by tax authorities etc.
