Secure mobile working (SecureOffice)

Securely reading information and editing sensitive data on smartphones is crucial and important for many companies, government agencies, law firms and other organizations.

Of course, thanks to TeamDrive, you can also work securely with your data on your smartphone or tablet. We have developed the TeamDrive SecureOffice app (for iOS and Android) for you.

This stores and processes your data strictly isolated from all other apps on your mobile device (sandbox principle). This means that other apps installed on the smartphone cannot gain access to the isolated data.

With SecureOffice, for example, you can view and edit Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word) without having to first save and open these files outside of the app on your smartphone. The documents/files never leave the secure environment of the sandbox or the SecureOffice app.

Precisely because the data in the sandbox is completely sealed off from the outside and encrypted, your documents remain safe even if your smartphone or tablet is lost or stolen.

Even a virus cannot infect your data from outside. As a result, there is no risk that infected data will be synchronized or shared with other users.

TeamDrive SecureOffice is the first technology of its kind that allows the sharing of general data and end-to-end encrypted data separately in a sandbox.

The SecureOffice app offers, among other things, various viewing and editing functions for your documents.

It supports many common file formats such as PDF, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/pptx etc. and also offers a secure printing solution for mobile devices.

You can also export Office documents to PDF format and add comments to documents.
