*Please be advised that Spaces created directly using the TeamDrive WebClient already have web access enabled.

To access a Space using the TeamDrive web client, WebClient access for the Space must be enabled. To enable WebClient access for a specific Space, administrator rights in the desired Space and access to an existing TeamDrive client installation are required. This is also true if you wish to disable web access for a Space.

If you would like to enable web access for all Spaces at once, please skip to the second set of instructions

To enable web access for a specific Space

please do the following in a TeamDrive client:

  1. Navigate to “Active Spaces”.
  2. Hover the mouse over the desired Space (on iOS and Android swipe the Space from right to left) and click on “i” to open the Space’s “Information” page.
  3. Click on “Advanced” > “Web Access”.
  4. Enable web access for the Space.
    • You will now be able to access this Space using the TeamDrive Web Client.

To enable or disable web access for all Spaces at once

please do the following in the TeamDrive online shop.

  1. Log into the TeamDrive online shop with your TeamDrive username and password.
  2. Click on “licenses/depots” at the top of the shop window.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to the section “account settings”.
  4. Enable or disable web access for all Spaces.
    • Please be advised that this global setting only affects Spaces whose web access setting is set to “provider default”. Spaces with web access settings specifically set to “enabled” or “disabled” are not affected by this setting.
