To filter for conflicts globally (in all Spaces)

please do the following:

  1. Navigate to “Active Spaces”.
  2. Click on the “•••” symbol in the upper-right portion of the TeamDrive window and select “Search”.
  3. Once the “Search” window is open, click on the magnifying glass to bring up the different filter options.
  4. Select the filter “Conflicted or Invalid Paths” to filter the search only for files or folders with name, version or invalid path conflicts.

To search for conflicts within a specific Space

please do the following:

  1. Navigate to “Active Spaces” and locate the Space you would like to search through.
  2. Click on the Space once to enter the Space.
  3. Then, click the “•••” symbol in the upper-right portion of the TeamDrive window and select “Search”.
  4. Once the “Search” window is open, click on the magnifying glass to bring up the different filter options.
  5. Select the filter “Conflicted or Invalid Paths” to filter the search only for files or folders with name, version or invalid path conflicts.

3 Types of Conflicts

There are 3 types of conflicts in TeamDrive: version, name and path conflicts. Conflicts can be recognized in the client by their icon, which is a triangle with an exclamation point in the middle of it. To determine the type of conflict, navigate to the file or folder’s “information” page and click on the triangle with an exclamation point. A short description of the problem will then appear at the bottom of the screen.
