When TeamDrive files are deleted they are first moved to the Space’s trash can on the server. The files are not immediately permanently deleted, unless you have configured your Space to immediately delete trashed files from the server. With that said, you can restore files from a Space’s trash because the files are still available on the server.
To restore files from a Space’s trash, please do the following:
- Navigate to “Trash” and locate the desired Space.
- Click on the desired Space to enter the Space.
- Once you have found the data you would like to restore, hover the mouse over the data, or the folder the data is contained in, and click on the arrow pointing towards the right to restore the files.
- To select multiple individual files at once, click on the three bullets in the top-right portion of the TeamDrive window and use the “select” function to select multiple files at once.
