Web-App: Multi-Selection and Moving Files

Multi-Selection:

Option 1: By Holding a Mouse Click

1. Click and hold on a file to start multi-selection.
2. A short loading bar will appear on the file, and then it will be highlighted in yellow.
3. Click on additional files to add them to the multi-selection.

Option 2: Using the Checkbox Icon in the Menu Bar

1. Click on the checkbox icon with the checkmark located at the top right corner of the menu bar.
2. Now you can select multiple files by clicking on them.

Moving Selected Files:

1. Once files are in multi-selection mode, a new menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on the arrow icon to move the selected files.
3. Navigate to the desired location within your space to place the files there.

Note:

• If you attempt to move the files to an invalid location (e.g., a different space), a dialog window will open.
• In this dialog window, you have the option to copy the files to the new space, ensuring the originals remain in their original location.
