In the latest versions of various Linux distributions, a “segmentation fault” may occur, causing TeamDrive to crash.

This happens due to the standard libraries provided by TeamDrive in order to ensure downward compatibility.

If you are affected by this problem, you simply need to navigate to the TeamDrive directory and delete a file within a subdirectory. Please note that your path can possibly differ from this example, should TeamDrive not be installed at the default location.

~/home/TeamDrive/lib/

Delete or rename the following file in this directory:

libglapi.so.0

If the error still persists, delete or rename the following file in the same directory:

libsystemd.so.0

If this still does not fix the startup issue, please contact us.
