What is the eSafe?

This means that customers can access their data anywhere and at any time via smartphone or tablet.

What functions does the eSafe have?

The eSafe is used for storing bank documents, for digital storage of private documents and for managing passwords. Online banking customers receive their bank documents regularly and automatically in the mailbox of the online storage. The files, such as bank notifications, account statements and turnover statements, are stored there indefinitely. Customers can also add additional storage space for private documents such as ID cards and contracts. This is where the eSafe Client comes in, which synchronizes data from Mac and Windows devices with the cloud. The locker also has the function to manage and create passwords. Those who keep their existing passwords in a list can import them into the cloud. A password generator can also be used to easily generate new passwords, which are also particularly secure and easy to remember.

Which models are available?

The eSafe is available in different sizes depending on your needs. The mailbox for the bank documents is available free of charge and unlimited to customers of Deutsche Bank’s online banking service. The basic package also includes 50 MB of storage space for private documents and 10 free passwords free of charge. For more storage space, additional packages with up to 25 GB can be booked. Customers with more than 1 GB of storage space pay from 60 euros per year for the performance of the online locker. The selected package can be changed at any time.

In addition to data storage, TeamDrive also offers secure data exchange. Private customers have 2 GB of storage space at their disposal free of charge. However, this can be increased up to 10 GB.
