Remove a User From Your License
To remove a user from your license key, please do the following:
- Go to the TeamDrive online shop and login using your TeamDrive username and password.
- Select “Licenses/Depots”.
- Scroll down to “Licenses” and locate the column “User”.
- Expand the item “User”, located on the same row as the desired license.
- Find the user in the list of names displayed and click on the trash icon next to the user’s name.
- Click “Apply” to confirm the user’s removal. If the user is a member of your account, the user will remain as a member of your account and be automatically assigned a “Professional/Restricted” license. A “Professional/Restricted” license allows the user to have a maximum of 1 active Spaces in their TeamDrive client.
