Remove a User From Your License

To remove a user from your license key, please do the following:

  1. Go to the TeamDrive online shop and login using your TeamDrive username and password.
  2. Select “Licenses/Depots”.
  3. Scroll down to “Licenses” and locate the column “User”.
  4. Expand the item “User”, located on the same row as the desired license.
  5. Find the user in the list of names displayed and click on the trash icon next to the user’s name.
  6. Click “Apply” to confirm the user’s removal. If the user is a member of your account, the user will remain as a member of your account and be automatically assigned a “Professional/Restricted” license. A “Professional/Restricted” license allows the user to have a maximum of 1 active Spaces in their TeamDrive client.
