Assistance in Sales & Office Management

We are looking for support!
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed person to actively support us in the area of sales and office management. Whether half-day in the afternoon or full-time – with us you will find the flexibility that suits you!
Your tasks in the sales area:
- Lead tracking: you will take care of the follow-up and maintenance of our leads.
- Commercial customer support: You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Dunning: You take over the processing of reminders on a bi-weekly basis.
- Customer recovery: You actively support us in winning back customers.
Your tasks in office management:
- Assistance: you organize and maintain important lists such as vacation lists, birthday lists, anniversaries and absences.
- Sick notes: You will reliably forward sick notes to our tax office.
- Special tasks: You take on exciting additional tasks, such as reporting to the Federal Statistical Office.
- Office organization: You will provide support with general organizational tasks in everyday office life.

Systemadministrator
We are a successful company that develops and markets a sync & share solution, TeamDrive. We work in a small, powerful team above the rooftops of Altona on a worldwide unique software. The product is ‘ready for take off’ for the Germany-wide and international rollout. We are looking for an experienced system administrator to carry out and/or support customer server installations.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical (technical) university degree or completed vocational training as an IT specialist with at least three years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of Linux Red Hat/CentOS etc.
- Very good knowledge of the configuration of Apache systems
- Good scripting skills (such as Bash, Perl, Python, Php)
- Good knowledge of virtualization systems and load balancing
- Good knowledge of Amazon Cloud Services (AWS)
- Knowledge of authentication systems. Experience with complex network and mail infrastructures is helpful
- Team player and communicative
Your tasks:
- Installation and configuration of TeamDrive server software on Linux infrastructures of our customers, Amazon or other cloud providers
Monitoring our own servers - Setting up redundancy solutions (SQL replication, Galera, load balancer)
- Integration of monitoring software such as Nagios
- Support with network and firewall configuration
- Connection to authentication systems such as AD, Shiboleth, etc.
