Change Email Address via Online Shop

To change your email address via the online shop, please do the following:

Go to the TeamDrive online shop and login using your TeamDrive username and password. Click on “Account” and expand the menu item “User account”. Enter your new email address where you see “E-mail” displayed and click “Save changes”. You will then receive an email with a link to confirm the new email address.

Change Email Address via an Installed TeamDrive Client

To change your email address via the TeamDrive client, please do the following:

In the main view of the TeamDrive client, click on your username to open the user profile page. Enter your new email address where you see “E-mail” displayed and click “Save changes”. You will then receive an email with a link to confirm the new email address.

Change Email Address via the TeamDrive Web Client

To change your email address via the TeamDrive web client, please do the following:

To the left of the search bar at the top of the window, click on your username/profile picture to edit your profile. Enter your new email address where you see “E-mail” displayed and click “Save changes”. You will then receive an email with a link to confirm the new email address.
