TeamDrive uses a feature which allows snapshots of a Space’s log to be periodically created. This features enables users to join Spaces much faster. In some cases, Space log snapshots can become broken. When a Space log’s snapshot is broken, TeamDrive will be unable to join the Space using the Space log’s snapshot. In this case, the loading of Space log snapshots will need to be disabled in order to join the Space. The loading of Space log snapshots can be disabled in the “teamdrive.settings file.
The “teamdrive.settings” file is located in the default location of the TeamDrive database (data directory). Even if the TeamDrive database location has been changed, the “teamdrive.settings” file will still be in the original location (it will not be moved along with database).
Please use the following to find out how to find the TeamDrive data directory.
