Manage a Subscription in the Online Shop

To manage a TeamDrive subscription in our online shop please do the following:

Go to the TeamDrive online shop and login using your TeamDrive username and password. Afterwards, simply click on “Subscriptions.”

Cancel a Subscription, Change Preferred Payment Method or View Invoices

  • Canceling a subscription is as simple as selecting the appropriate subscription and clicking on “cancel”. The subscription will then be canceled and it will end on the final day of the billing cycle.
  • If you would like to change the desired method of payment, select the appropriate subscription and click on “change payment method” to update your payment method.
  • To view invoices associated with a subscription, select the appropriate subscription and click on “invoices” to view the invoices for the selected subscription.
