You can view and manage TeamDrive licenses and cloud storage in our TeamDrive shop. Please log in there with your TeamDrive username and password.
Click on Licenses/Depots on the top left.
There you will see the members and guests of the account, which you can remove by clicking on the trash icon on the right.
You can add new, unregistered users to your account by clicking on the “create new user” button. This process also creates a new user. You can choose to create a username for them or simply use their email address as their username. The user will initially receive a limited license unless the license associated with the account is shared with them. They will also receive an email informing them about their registration as well as to create a password for their account.
You can invite existing users to your account by clicking on the “invite new member” button. The registered user would then need to log into our TeamDrive shop to accept the account invitation.
Existing users can join an account when they log into our TeamDrive shop and select “join a different account” by clicking on Account (next to the logout button) > Account > “join a different account”. The user will also need your account number in order to join your account.
Afterwards you can manage the user and assign licenses or depots to them. To do this, click on the “assign” button in the respective “licenses” and “depots” section.
