To search in TeamDrive
please do the following:
- Navigate to “Activate Spaces” (to search through your current active Spaces) and click or tap the “•••” symbol in the upper-right portion of the TeamDrive window.
- Select “Search”. Searching can be done on Space, folder and file levels.
- It is also possible to search for a Space using the Space ID number. A Space can be found only if the Space ID number entered matches the Space’s ID number exactly.
- To begin a simple search, enter the necessary search text into the text entry field marked “Search here…”.
To search in TeamDrive using the filter functions
please do the following once the search window has been activated:
- Click click or tap on the magnifying glass to bring up the different filter options.
- To activate a filter, simply click or tap on it.
- After activating a filter, all files meeting the filter’s requirements will be shown.
- Enter text into the text entry field marked “Search here…” to narrow your search even more. It is only possible to set one filter at a time.
- “All” searches through all available files in TeamDrive.
- “Conflicted or Invalid Paths” searches only for files or folders with name, version of invalid path conflicts.
- “Missing Files or Versions” searches only for files and versions that should have been downloaded to the local machine, however, due to an error the file or version cannot be put into the file system.
- “Files not yet Uploaded” searches for files that have no yet been successfully uploaded.
- “Published Files” searches for files, which have currently have a published URL.
- “Files with Comments” searches for files with comments.
