Independent user survey by techconsult gives TeamDrive a top position.
Hamburg, April 15, 2021 – Hamburg-based TeamDrive GmbH is delighted to have been named “Champion” in the “Professional User Ratings Digital Solutions 2021” in the “Filesharing” category. The award, presented by research and analyst firm techconsult, is based on an independent survey of 1,500 application experts from German-speaking countries. TeamDrive is one of two purely German file-sharing providers at the top of the rating diamond published by techconsult. The second provider is Uniscon, which belongs to TÜV Süd. After the European Court of Justice declared the EU-US Privacy Shield transatlantic data protection alliance invalid in the summer of 2020, the German roots of a file-sharing service without a US parent company are the main criterion for many users when choosing a provider.
The evaluations were carried out in the dimensions Company Rating (provider rating) and Solution Rating (solution rating) with more than 60 criteria in 14 subcategories. A high degree of practical relevance is ensured by the fact that the ratings come from companies that use the solutions.
According to techconsult, TeamDrive users particularly appreciate the intuitive user interface and simple implementation. In addition, data security and central administration also score well. In terms of solution-specific functions, TeamDrive achieves an above-average level in the comparison, especially in data encryption, user authentication and versioning. The good ratings are reflected in product loyalty: the majority of users surveyed recommend the solution without reservation.
